RUDENESS & ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ! ! During a recent visit to the store just five days before Christmas, my family and I experienced an unfortunate encounter that left us feeling unwelcome and dissatisfied. We entered the store intending to find a harness for our tiny dog. Customer Service Experience Upon arrival, we were greeted not with assistance but with abruptness. A staff member approached us and, rather rudely, informed us that the store had closed two minutes prior. Instead of offering help or understanding our needs, her demeanor was dismissive, effectively kicking us out without any further engagement. There was no inquiry about whether we needed assistance or if we had found what we were looking for. Observations : - **Lack of Customer Engagement**: The interaction lacked a

Saltwater fish infested with some kind of disease. Several fish with no eyes, pop eyes, and no flow in the tank in order for them to breathe!! Spoke to two managers just for them to stare at me.

Petco is alot of fun to go to. My son has autism and enjoys seeing the animals. The staff was amazing.
