It was my first time at Petco I have a new baby pup he's 6 months old they took very good care of him he got his first rabies shot I also did some shopping it was a great experience

I’ve taken my dog to this petco once before and they did okay, nothing too crazy but not a terrible job so i took her back today and when i dropped her off i showed the groomer a picture of what i wanted her cut to look like (short trim on the body, rounder shape on her face and keep her ears fluffy) the groomer said it was be about two hours. an hour and 15 minutes later i get the text that she’s ready to be picked up. when i arrive she looks completely the same. the groomer comes up to me and says she wouldn’t stay still for the clippers because she’s on her period…so all she did was take scissors and trim her. so i said okay is the price less than what i was told me because that’s not what i

Sadly the employees here are very un professional, especially one particular "aquatic specialist" that didn't want to sell any fish to anyone who asked for them. I asked a question about the availability of a particular fish, he insisted I needed to tell him the size of my tank otherwise he wouldn't sell me the fish. Sad part about it is I only asked if they had any of them available. Meanwhile he told a lady and her daughter he wouldn't sell them goldfish if they were only gonna put them in a fish bowl........ never informed them on any tank they could get to better raise the fish or anything. I went in for 75 crickets & 12 Medium Roaches. Adam helped me. And OH BOY did Adam help me!! He started telling me that my bearded dragon (Char) might Brumate (AKA hibernate) & what happens if he does. What to expect and how he will act of he does. What happens before during and after. Adam was SOO incredibly helpful! And j can't thank him enough!! Grooming is the WORST! DO NOT bring your pet here. Dropped my golden off for a bath and trim she has been there 2x prior for services and they did an ok job… nothing spectacular. My Dog RAN off her leash and out the door! That should have been the first indication that she was not being treated well there. I asked how long they thought she would be and the woman (groomer) said a few hours that she would text me… I got a text about an hour later saying she was done. 9:10 drop off 10:12 text. I called to let them know I couldn’t be there right away and they were so rude and stated she couldn’t be in the kennel any longer..groomers normally work with your schedule or at least give you adequate time to pick up and plan accordingly.
