Everyone here is so friendly. I love bringing my dogs here to give them a bath. For $12 you can use their bath station. They provide large clean baths, aprons for the owners, soap, towels, and a blow dryer, and they handle the clean up. 10/10 definitely recommend!

The absolute best pet supply store in Fairfield county. The best, friendliest team works here, and the variety of quality foods and products is fantastic. Great prices, lots of “frequent buyer” programs, and an amazing clearance section. As the owner of a veterinary clinic, we refer all of our families here ~ and without exception, everyone has equally wonderful things to say about the Natural Pet Outlet. Plus, it feels so much better to spend money locally than giving it to massive corporations!

This store has quality products, and a good selection of them. The employees are knowledgeable, and can answer your questions as well as guide you to the correct choices for your pet. The employees are all very friendly and helpful! If that isn't enough, they do nail clippings and have a station for you to bathe your dogs. It is kept clean and tidy. This is the only pet shop I will go to!

If a 10 pound bag of dog food cost $90, why does the 5 pound bag cost $60? I also called ahead, on Christmas Eve at 9:30am to reserve a 10 pound bag, and 45 minutes later they said “someone just came in and bought the last one.” The best they could do for my inconvenience is a $2 discount for selling my reserved bag and sticking me with the more expensive 5 pound bag. You might ask why I’m so upset? selling my reserved bag, plus a $15 upcharge, minus your $2 “discount” literally hit me worse than losing my entire kitchen in a house fire - which is what brought me into your store that Christmas Eve morning. Textbook definition of adding insult to injury. Shame on you for having no decency or compassion. I’m simply done with unethical business practices, and price gouging when people
