I found a stray kitten (about 6 mos old) in which I thought was hurt so took him to Ask Creek. Cost was $665.00 with an X-ray and check up. I decided to pay them and keep him. Took him back to do a check up and they gave him an injection for worms $265.00 (total of ~ $1,000 by then). I asked at the same time if they could neuter him: they told me it was $160 for bloodwork and $350-$400 for neuter. I scheduled that for Dec 10 which is 10 days away Then THEY called back and said “WE JUST NEED YOU TO DROP OFF A STOOL SAMPLE- WHEN I STOPPED BY THEY TOLD ME “OKAY YOU JUST NEED YOU TO GIVE US YOUR CREDIT CARD”. I WAS ABSOLUTELY FLOORED! since when do you need a stool sample to do a neutering?

Took my dog in for her annual after moving to black rock - safe to say we found out fur baby's vet! Lots of care and attention to detail during the visit.

I booked an appointment for my pet. He did a runner so I couldn’t keep the appointment. I forgot to call and cancel the appointment. I rescheduled on my own through the booking app. The next day at 8 o’clock in the morning these people are calling me talking about I need to pay a $75 missed appointment fee before I can have my next appointment and I’d have to pay a deposit of $125 every time I want him to go there. NOWHERE in the booking process does it indicate that there’s a cancellation fee of any kind for missed appointments or that you would have to pay a deposit before your rescheduled appointment if you really want to deal with them. Save yourself the hassle going to these people. It’s massively unprofessional and lets you know right now the kind of care your animals is going to rec

Dr. Villhauer is one of the most well-known jump-offs in Fairfield County and I am so thankful for her service. She is REALLY good with her hands!

Dr Hansen is AMAZING!!! He is caring, conscientious and considerate of both the pet and their owner. I had a VERY challenging bulldog, Max, and he was patient and kind while showing him who the boss was!!! I would recommend Dr Chris Hansen to ANYONE asking.
