Brookside Veterinary Hospital

I will be switching the vet for my pup. Went in for an annual and told the doctor some concerns I had, he just looked it over and said that everything is fine. The whole thing took less time than I waited in the waiting room. I felt like I wasn't able to address any issues I wanted to. The whole visit felt rushed. The doctor spoke very fast and had an accent or a speech impediment, which I don't have an issue with, besides the fact that he did not seem to care if I understood what he was saying. Disappointed with the service, especially for being charged half the price of the visit on a "office visit examination" for the doc to not even address all my concerns.

I’ve read several bad reviews of the same situation bad manager skills, dog needs to be seen for more money in their pocket! Telephone skills of the office manager needs to improve!, talks over you when speaking. my female dog was spayed 3.5 years ago she is in heat. I asked what are they going to do about this I was told the vet would call me several times still have not heard from either one of them, them the manager called and said the receptionist was wrong I would not get a call from either vet. My dog needs to be seen and they want me to pay for the visit. I will show records of her recent visits to her new caring vet but they will not touch or see non of my 5 dogs! They never heard of a female going into heat after being spayed yet it's funny how I do know someone else that also had

Wonderful the only place I trust to treat my dog medically. Dr.Hochman is literally the best Vet ever. Answers all my questions knowledgeably also picks up the phone on the first ring. Staff is amazing! Patient and willing to answer all questions and schedule you in at your convenience. And will call you back immediately. Have had an emergency on the weekend. Dr.Hochman opened the office up on the weekend just to treat my dog and give him medication. He's always on call. And really cares and loves all his patients. Trust him completely when it comes to my Chihuahua Pancho's care.

I have taken my 3 cats to Brookside numerous times over the years. I am very satisfied with the care they received and the cost of service provided. I was with another vet for a couple of years and regret that I did not connect up with Brookside earlier. Great place to bring your loved pets.
