Petco

I just want to thank Kelsey from the fish department for her fantastic customer service today. We recently got a tank for our 3 little girls and don’t really know much about fish care. We took our family into Petco for them each to pick out a fish for their new tank and Kelsey spent time explaining how to care for and choose the right fish for our new tank. This is the only place I’ll ever go for advice and new products. Thanks Kelsey!!

Staff was.extremely friendly and helpful. Unlike most places. Petco staff was visible. Most places you have to look for help. The staff 11/29 was awesome and thank you!!! From Annie and Rolo

They have had our prescription food in stock, all but once or twice in the last 1.5 years. On a few occasions we have had to order from Chewy due to delays in processing with Petco. It is frustrating when you have a script on file, yet it has to be verified each time with the vet office to complete the order. What's the point in uploading a prescription to the online order, if they have to verify it with the vet in order to fulfill the order?!?!?!!!! Prescription food cannot be purchased in store, unfortunate.

While I believe that this place has relatively decent service, it was kind of unacceptable how long I had to wait for my dog to be taken care of. I had a scheduled a grooming session for my dog and a very specific time on a Saturday and I had to wait 3 1/2 hours for him to be taken care of. I do recognize that things happen and things can take a long time and I don’t expect my dog to be done and in an hour, however for having to wait for 3 1/2 hours the length of a Titanic movie, I think it’s kind of unacceptable that I had to wait this long. I’d rather for them to just straight up and say we all have the capacity to take care of another dog instead of me having to wait around for 3 1/2 hours waiting for him
