I WILL NEVER BRING MY DOG HERE!!! I called twice about walk ins for getting my dog nail trimmed, to make sure its from 9-3 I got here at 1, on the phone she said it takes 10 mins and this person who was completely rude to me, said no because a dog came in 45 mins late and put that on me!! So because someone else's dog came in late you blame me??? I’m not taking my baby somewhere, where the attitudes are awful! If you bring your dog pray you have someone who cares and not be nasty.

Gracie always comes out looking fresh, soft, adorable and HAPPY! Everyone we have met have been so nice and welcoming!

Amazing experience! The staff were all extremely friendly, and I felt very comfortable leaving my baby with them! Would recommend HOP to anyone in Bloomington! It is great to find a place where you can tell their employees actually love the dogs!

They are amazing with our fur baby that was attacked. He is scared and they take the time he needs to be comfortable. They are there for him when he is scared or standing offish.

Beware - You can never be late…ever!! I was compled to write this review today because of my experience with the front desk person and customer service. (I’d give you a name but they didn’t give it.) Earlier today I had to push my appointment from 1pm to 1:30 due to a work commitment, I said I would do my best to be there by 1:30. The front desk person was fine with the move because the first half of the day was packed. My meeting ran over. I called and text at 1:33pm to apologize and tell them I was on the way which they were ok with. (To be honest my dog is not ever washed or groomed right away, there’s always a 90 minute or more wait, I usually drop off at 12:30 and pick up at 4pm.) To my shock a few minutes later I received a text to cancel, I was just down the street at this point, I
