Have been going here for a while. I like that you can have quick curb side appointments if it's a quick visit. The staff are always polite and friendly. I also appreciate how they make it so quick and easy to share your pet records with trainers, pet resorts, and pet daycare. My dogs got into a bunch of food they weren't supposed to, and after calling them panicked, they had me bring the dogs asap. Even though the dogs were probably fine, they still took care of the dogs and sent them home with clean stomachs.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Rachel James at Furry Friends Vet in Bloomington. She is, without a doubt, the best veterinarian my cat Benjamin (Benji) and I have ever met. When Benjamin was struggling with a severe illness, persistent skin lesions, and ongoing allergies, we were terrified and desperate for answers. Then I met Dr. James, truly a magician in the world of veterinary care. From the very first visit, Dr. James showed a level of patience, kindness, and compassion that is rare to find. She took the time to understand Benjamin’s symptoms, listen to all of my concerns, and explain a thoughtful treatment plan in a way that made me feel informed and reassured. It wasn’t just medical care; it was genuine empathy. Benjamin’s skin infection lasted for over two months,

Our dog Gustav spent the last few of his happy dogo years visiting Furry. Drs took really good care of him over that period. We lost him July 15th 2025 on a Tuesday morning due to his heart conditions. Dr Cody and Dr Racheal were able to gave him an extra 2 months since his first heart attack. Which left us enough time to say goodbye to Gustav.

Best animal hospital in Bloomington, last July I had to put down my sweet baby and doctor Cody was nothing but accommodating during the whole procedure. My sweet boy also battled with diabetes for almost a year and this vet was nothing but amazing to us and always got my fur baby in anytime we had concerns. If I still lived in Bloomington I would still be going to this facility! If your bring your babies here just know they will have the most amazing care!

Furry Friends has helped me in so many ways with all of my high-maintenance cats. I appreciate their last-minute emergency help as well! Both vets have been super kind to my kids. It is worth getting on their waiting list to be a patient! I'm lucky to have found them after moving here.
