Petco Grooming

As always, grooming was excellent. Our groomer was so good with our dogs. She knows their quirks and handles them well.

Caitlyn at Petco is absolutely amazing. She always consults with me before every groom, to ensure that Jude gets the very best care. He comes out looking like a million bucks. Worth every penny.

A year ago I went here to get my Australian Shepherd groomed and what I believe was a miscommunication on how short I wanted his fur, turned into a bad experience for me. His double coat was shaved too far down and it didn't grow back all the same. BUT, he isn't an easy dog to groom, he is very anxious. The groomer then did so well for him emotionally that once I treated his coat at home to grow back well, that I scheduled another appointment. When I came today, Morgan did a wonderful job making sure to listen to all my needs and worries about how I wanted his fur! I didn't even ask this of her but it was nice that she took note of the details of how I wanted his fur to look. I was very worried that I might miscommunicate again like I had a year ago but she was very attentive to my dog! He

Cooper is handled with care at Petco. He always looks beautiful and his coat is in great shape. Nelson is so kind and watches out for matting and takes care of what needs to be done.
