Pet Supplies Plus St. Johns

This is my favorite pet store in there area.( we have dogs, cats, and fish) I’m there all the time. They always have what I need. The employees have always been very nice and helpful. Last week I bout some fresh water fish from them too. I decided to buy from them because the tanks seemed really clean. I bought I a few more then I wanted because you know a few usually die early on. I’m happy to say they are all still alive and still look good.

The employees here are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Whether it’s finding the right food, answering questions about care, or making recommendations, I've always received genuine care. What really stands out to me is how well they take care of the animals in the store. The enclosures are always clean, the animals look healthy and happy, and you can tell the staff truly care about their well being. It’s great to see a store that prioritizes both the pets they sell and the ones their customers already have at home. Every visit feels welcoming, and I always leave with confidence that I’ve made the right choices for my pets. I highly recommend this shop to any pet parents looking for a quality shopping experience

I just think that the groomers, Caitlyn Cooler and Michael French are amazing!! I have been to 4-5 other pet stores to their groomers and have literally been turned away for my German Shepherds hyper-sensitivity to her paws. Could not get even my boarder that kennels my dogs when we go out of town to do her nails. Whatever the pay is that they are getting i feel they definitely deserve more money. They are friendly and personable and definitely hard working and determined young people. They are wonderful and getting my dog in a controllable state of mind with their striving to get her nails done nicely and her in a state of being able to do her nails. These must be the most friendly cashiers in the county. I didnt need much for my Doordash pick up but the conversation was welcomed and apprecuated.

We’ve been coming to Pet Supplies Plus grooming for the past couple of months and it’s always a great experience. The staff is so sweet, and I’m usually in and out quickly. One time they accidentally missed a nail on my dog, but Michael took care of it right away—he clipped that nail and the rest of them at no charge. He was so kind and professional. Highly recommend them, and we’ll definitely keep coming back!
