Staff is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even if you don't plan to buy anything just yet and are just doing research on a pet, they will help immensely. The (very few and far between) times that a staff member did not know the answer to one of my questions, they would do their research and get back to me on it. The staff and management here are very positive and solution-oriented, and I never felt neglected or ignored as a customer. My fish and I are very happy and feel confident that even at a "chain" store like pet supplies we can recieve knowledgeable and accurate advice.

She made my old dog super cute. She knows how to handle a dog. My.dog is shy and only likes children to come up to her but she was great and did an awsome job

I love this store, they always have exactly what my dog needs. We love the pet wash station. It makes it much easier to give my old dog a bath. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Bought 2 feeder fish and I've had them for over 6 months so far
