Have been going here for years . Always friendly and caring . Have never had a bad experience . They have always treated my animals like they are as important as a child and that means a lot . The Dr and staff are friendly and explain everything clearly every visit .

very professional, personable and compassionate. I have had a few emergencies with my 13 yr old Maltese and they took her in right away which I was thankful for. (Even with their busy schedule) The doctor and staff are wonderful and made me feel comfortable with taking care of me and my pet. Our pets have been patients of Delta Lake Veterinary Hospital for over 15 years and we have always received the best of care. The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. The office is very clean and you are seen promptly at the time of your appointment. We highly recommend this office for all your veterinary needs.

We have brought our pets to Delta Lake Bet Clinicc for over 30 years. Zoey is our third dog and she gets upset and scared when visiting the vet. Rather than try to make Zoey feel comfortable or gettting down to her level and talk to her they act afraid and demand a muzzle. Yes, at a prior visit, 1 time she did try to grab the doctor's hand after exam. Since then they labeled Zoey as a biter and insisted on a muzzle which upsets Zoey even more. Dr. Brockway and her staff are unnecessarily afraid of our dog and she can sense it. On our last visit, Zoey was so scared and the staff was so unhelpful that Zoey peed. The doctor came in and Rather try to calm Zoey, she recommended drugs to sedate Zoey before visit. Our cat also had issues with them as well (she hissed). We decided to go at anoth
