They did excellent job with my fur baby he hurt his self but they fixed him right up . Sweet staff great environment
Absolutely the best vet to take care of your beloved fur babies 💖 they go above and beyond for the love of your fur baby if you want the most caring compassionate fairly priced best care for your loved animal seek them out!!! They treated us as if we were family ❤️
Always had great service here, we went for puppy shots, spay, routine care, and an emergency. We started bringing our dog here as soon as we brought her home and had great experiences. The vets here give great practical and economical recommendations, and were even very helpful when we had a seizure scare with her, getting her in he same day and charging very competitive prices for a last minute visit. The fixed prices are reasonable, the vets are personable, and our dog loved everyone who worked there. If we hadn't moved we definetly would still be patients.
I really was appreciative of the staff and them getting me in fast. I didn’t know what to expect for my first visit with a puppy, that I have had only for 2 months. My poor baby had 3 tick bites and was exposed to Giardia. So again I was appreciative to get in so fast to address these issues. The staff is very helpful and kind. The issue was with the veterinarian. I felt very judged and he made me feel like a horrible dog owner. Asked me where I got my dog and if the place I got him was clean. Did not introduce himself to me and was not cordial at all when giving advice. He was very rude and made condescending comments about the care I gave my dog and about his long poodle hair. He also was very rude when I asked what a basic vaccine was for. I felt like I was up charged for everything.
I couldn't recommend Dr. Lou and his staff more. Excellent service and always takes exceptional care of our 3 pugs!!
