They have the biggest selection and guarantee their prices, so if you find it cheaper, just show Trish at the register and she'll tell you to go away... no... just kidding!... they will gladly match any "legit" price from somewhere else. You can bring your animule here, too to get some amazing sniffs from the chewie treats to the cow tracheas - that was new to me, too! The staff has always been friendly, but after today I’m done with this store. Their fish section is minimal which is to be expected. My concern though is how there are so many dead fish, side swimmers, and floaters when they have so few tanks. Not only were there 6 dead fish in these tanks, they are carcasses. These fish have been dead for a while and just left there. My other gripe with this place is the self wash station. The broken hoses and dryers remained unusable for months and months. Despite having paid in advance for the multiple wash program, we decided to just lose our money on it because they never fixed anything. This store clearly needs better management or an owner who cares.

This store always has a good amount of stuff that you might not find at other pet stores. Came here because they had worms that the other stores didn't carry. It's a tiny bit pricey but the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. All of the animals seem super friendly and I got my beardie from here last year on sale for my bday.

The lady with the short blonde hair and the top tied into a ponytail that looked bug eyed was very rude and continuously made comments on us using a head lead on our dog. It was continuous when we came in and the entire time we were purchasing the dog wash service. She was even surprised when we responded with no to her saying “Oh, look, he’s saying get this head lead off of me.” The reason he’s barking isn’t because of the head lead; it’s because he hates men, and the team member who is a man behind her was trying to get his attention. I’d like to add that my dog wasn’t bothered by the head lead. He’s used it. He wasn’t even pawing at it or anything. He’s been using one since he was a puppy since harnesses and collars don’t work for him, especially for the size of dog he is. After his E
