Lake Shore Pet Hospital

We love Lake Shore Pet Hospital for all our pets needs :) Excellent doctors and staff! They are always there for our furry family members with open arms! There insurance plans they offer too is pretty great on top of everything else, makes taking your furry friends to the vets a lot less scarier. They make my babies feel so welcome and taken care of even when they are scared out of their minds. They definitely know how to handle them.

We have two dogs, one very friendly and one more defensive/aggressive. I really appreciate how the staff(drs, front desk, techs, etc) take care of them, with our friendly dog they’ll always take him to the back and give him all the attention he wants, and for our other dog they always look for ways in making the appointment easier and less stressful for him. I couldn’t be more thankful for how thoughtful and careful they are with my babies. The plan can be tricky, but as long as you do your part in reading and asking questions, the plan is better than a lot of places, depending on what you have added and such. I like here, and I think the pups do as well.

18 months ago I would have given a 5 star review. My dog Presia started to get poor care, no follow-up and outright neglect for her health needs. I complained over and over and Dr. Stiehle was promoted to director and assured me things would change. Things got a little better and then mote neglect for my dog. I was adopting a rescue kitten and the office screwed all the information up and I almost lost the adoption. I contact3d Dr. Stiehle about the situation with no response and that's how little she really cares al9ng with the rest of the office. I fired them and got records and saw the new vet who reports Presias vaccines were out of date when I was at Lakeshore 3 weeks ago. I spent over $2,000's to treat an ear infection with resilient bacteria and it's most probable my dog has an alle

I fully recommend Lake Shore Pet Hospital. All of the Veterinarians, vet techs, and front desk staff are the best around. We have had the pleasure of being clients there for 6 years, ever since we adopted our dog. Dr. Stiehl, as well as Drs Ashley, and Anderson are the most caring vet's that I have ever been involved with. I can't imagine receiving better care for my (dog) family member than at Lake Shore Pet Hospital.

Doctor Stiehl was absolutely amazing with my dog. my dog has terrible vet anxiety and the vet was so very kind and patient. Definitely would recommend Dr. Stiehl! Vets do not get enough credit. Super thankful for her!
