This hospital and staff have been great to my bearded dragon and us! My dragon was very sick a few months back, with their help he is doing so much better. They squeezed him in quickly even though they were booked up once they heard about his symptoms. They were able to do a drop off to accommodate my work schedule. There is clear communication from both doctors / techs. They made a treatment plan and went over diagnostics/treatments with cost. Everything was very direct and I was well informed by the staff. They educated me on aspects that as an owner we could do better or change without belittling us and answered every question we had and gave us demonstrations on how to medicate our pet. Highly recommend Happy Tails ER/vet team! My husband and I can’t even begin to thank Happy Tails team enough for EVERYTHING they have done for our baby boy, Rusty! I rushed him in on Friday morning due to signs of obstruction when urinating & the whole team acted fast with his care, comfort to me and ensured they were super thorough for their record on his information while staying calm themselves! They had him all day and called almost every hour with a full medical update, to say how he was still doing well or even a sweet photo of him. The staff was so gentle and caring with my sick dog. They communicated really well. When she was hospitalized they sent a photo and update every few hours. They set her up very comfortably to watch videos while getting her iv floods and drugs.

This is my 6-month-old puppy, Willow. She means the world to me. She was my senior year gift after all my friends moved away. I made her a part of all of my senior experiences. I even got her a matching prom dress for pictures :). She even comes to work with me at my grooming salon and everyone who comes in loves her too. Unfortunately, two weeks ago her spay incision ruptured open causing some of her intestines to come outside of her body. This was an extremely rare emergency that I couldn’t have prevented and was just a risk of a spay. (Her spay was not done here) I rushed her to Happy Tails Emergency Vet, and they took care of my girl right away. Happy Tails is the place to go if you need a great reptile vet. Dr. Calpeno had cared for a couple of my lil guys and she is incredible. We had had a very bad experience at another nearby vet and my gecko Sol was doing so badly after being seen there for months. With the vet and the teams help he made a full recovery and I have never been more impressed by a vet who takes exotics. You will be encouraged to make changes that will only benefit your pets WITHOUT feeling judged or lectured or any negativity. The team is wonderful and I enjoy my visits and know my little loved ones are in the best hands possible! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would.
