Pet Supplies Plus on Sandy Plains Rd is my dog’s absolute favorite place in the world! From the second we pull into the parking lot, her tail is wagging nonstop. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming — they genuinely love animals and it shows every single time we visit. They have a great selection of food, treats, toys, and all the essentials, and I can always find exactly what I need. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to shop in. I also really appreciate how helpful the team is when I have questions or need recommendations. If you’re looking for a pet store that treats your furry family members like their own, I highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus on Sandy Plains Rd. We won’t shop anywhere else! 🐾

Been going here for a pretty good while, but small animals are not taken well enough. The store currently has a dying guinea pig, the guinea pig is dying slowly as it fails to blink, move, or breathe and the guinea pig does not have the correct food, and has dirty water, along with its small space being very dirty! As I’ve seen a tiny spider in one of the guinea pigs enclosure before. Few weeks ago they had two or three other guinea pigs and you can tell they were not getting cared properly for as they also did not have the correct food and had a very dirty space, they seem to be they were dying/depressed too. Should take better care of their animals and have better workers, who know how to care for animals and actually care, instead of working there for the money and not caring. And shoul

Price gougers. Smh. The item I was considering to purchase was on sale but by the time I made my final decision someone had removed the sticker and put it back at regular price. No worries at all. I tried to shop local but after this experience. I'll just take my talents to PetSmart. They had a better deal and selection too.

As with other reviewers, I have major issues with the care of the animals. My specific complaint is with the bearded dragon enclosures. They have an almost adult bearded in an enclosure that would be too small for a baby. Even the big box stores put their baby beardies in enclosures more than double that size. A full grown bearded dragon is supposed to be in a tank roughly 10x the size theirs has been given. It has no enrichment in there and is scratching on the glass to get out. These animals are roughly as smart as a dog and need stimulation. I also noticed they sold tanks for beardies that are much smaller than what is recommended. The conditions at this store are downright cruel. They clearly don't understand the complex needs of reptiles and need to just stick to selling supplies. Th

We had such a great experience here, both of the staff who helped us were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, especially Derek! He also helped us load our purchases into the car (in the pouring rain!) We'll definitely be back!
