Came to this location to wash my dog because it was closer to me than Greenville (literally 13 mins away from each other) and was immediately extremely disappointed. I walked in at 8:26 pm which is over 30 minutes before close and they told me I couldn’t wash my dog because they closed the dog wash. I totally understand how frustrating it is to have customers come nearing closing and I felt terrible about it and was planning on being super quick. I just said ok and left and drove to Greenville where they warmly welcomed me to wash and dry my dog. It took me exactly 8 minutes to wash her and this was at 8:45 pm, MUCH closer to their closing time. This is the only time I am able to wash my dog, I am not doing it for fun to annoy workers. The staff at this location has been consistently amazing for the several years I have been coming. They are friendly, always greet you with a smile, and have been helpful when I couldn't find something. Good pricing, sales, and a nice varierty of standard/fresh/frozen/freezedied foods for dogs and cats. I cannot attest to the other animal products, but do find most of what I need for my pups here.

I really like shopping at pet supplies it's convenient the service is great and some supplies are an total find that are some what totally out of reach at PetSmart .Thank You👍🏽🐈‍⬛👍🏽

I am a regular Customer and spend quite a bit at least twice a month for all of my dogs and cats. I found the last few times that your promotions are misleading. Today the cashier argued with me in front of other customers saying I don’t get the discount even though I selected the appropriate products. Ad said spend $85 on brand x, y and z and you get 20% off. I spent $150 combined on those Brands and she said it was $85 PER brand. Thats not what the ad said. The sign had all 3 brands listed as well. On prior visits you advertised a discount on certain brands but then the fine print excluded the most popular size that most people buy, including myself.
