Everyone at this store is so helpful and they always go above and beyond- great customer service. Since I work for Rover I love the variety of food and treats for my furry house guests:)

My go to PSP for the last 4 years! Staff has always been very kind and I do love the selection for the size of the store. My 3 cats (13, 3, and 1 y/o) only eat grain free Redford Naturals and are all very healthy! Their bonus coupons in the mail also come in super handy!

I don't understand why I have to go to the other side of Carrollton to get the only dog food I need. Week after week after week, this place can get inventory but ALAS, not the dog food I need...AND GO FIGURE, ITS THE ONLY ONE NOT STOCKED! ITS ABSURD! HOW? How is it that you can get every other type of Purina dog food brand....but you don't order the "Toy" size? I live five minutes from this location and EVERY SINGLE TIME, I'm made to go ALL the way to the other location NEARLY IN THE COLONY just to get my dog's food. The manager here needs to DO BETTER.

This is my go to location for all my pets needs. I also love that they have a mobile vet that comes on a scheduled date to get your pets taken care of at a lower cost than most places. Highly recommend.
