I am absolutely not happy with the service my fiance and I received today. We had an appointment booked with Hunter for our Aussie at 12:30 noon. Right when we showed up we were not greeted and honestly Hunter gave of snobby energy like he didn’t want to service us. We didn’t want to overreact but my fiance definitely felt the vibes as well. Anywho, we left for about 2 hours to run errands and came back to check on our fur baby…. At that point it was around 2:30pm and our dog still hadn’t been serviced. Mind you there was a whole other dog being serviced which is insane considering the fact that my dog have been waiting hours. Shortly after making it home we get a text from Hunter stating that he was not gonna service my dog because he wasn’t “behaving”. Granted this was his first grooming

I ran into an issue with purchasing my dog food and had to return to the store. The employee that helped me was so kind and helpful! When I got home I realized I bought the wrong food altogether so I had to return. She remembered me as she was leaving for the evening and offered to help me get the right food. She even offered to call another location. Luckily we ended up finding the right bag on a different shelf. I really appreciated her help! I wish I got her name for this review. Hire more good hearted people like her!

Staff are very nice mostly. Be very careful when buying live fish here. I recently purchased 3 otocinclus for algae control. I have lost almost half of my babies since introducing tha new fish. I breed guppies and mollies so im not a beginner to tha process.

Absolutely embarrassing experience. Arrived 18 minutes late for my dogs grooming appt due to health issues and they cancelled right in front of me. When asked if there was any way they could fit my dogs grooming in today if I could reschedule to a later date the lady, CJ, very rudely told me no even though there were three employees there not working on any dogs. They all proceeded to laugh me even as explained my cancer issues. Never going back there again for grooming or even buying dog supplies, absolutely humiliating.

I love the staff and how they go out of their way to help with whatever I need. The older Indian gentleman that I see every time I come in is always ready willing and helpful. He takes pride in everything he does. Always a positive experience.
