i’ve gotten my babies hair cuts here around 3-4 times and i’ve VERY happy with how they cut their hair. old groomers i’ve had at other stores took hours and hours or wouldn’t do my yorkies hair because he’s to “skittish” he was scared but would never bite, he would come home with cuts around his eyes and on his body but not here they do such an amazing job on both of my dogs they are very friendly and welcoming at greet my dogs as soon as they get inside the gate. would recommend this place for anyone who is looking to get their dogs cut here. love it!!

I popped into this store last week for the first time, and I have to say, I got some amazing service! The store manager was so helpful in finding a new dog food for my dog. He took the time to explain the ingredients to look for and what to steer clear of. Thanks so much for your wonderful advice and help. I’ll definitely be back!

I want to take the time to Thank my groomer! I showed her a picture of how i wanted my Yorkie and she Mastered it 🥰💙👏🏽👏🏽! She did a wonderful job and was so kind, professional and caring! The whole Team was Awesome 👏🏽

Irma was the groomer for my girls and I was satisfied with her work. The last two times the young woman that groomed them butchered their hair didn’t clip all the nails and charged an extra $10 for being unruly. Separate times, same complaint.

Lily-Ann was very helpful in answering my questions and directing me to the right area of the store for what I was looking for, for my dog. Great customer experience
