Kendra's Pet Sitting

Kendra made me feel right at home and super comfortable leaving my 8-month old puppy and 6 week old kitten with her and her family. The family is so sweet and neighborhood so friendly. If I lived in the Houston area, I’d want to live in that neighborhood. Kendra is super-responsive and even left us with a going away gift/goodie bag! Customer/Family service was the best! I will 💯% contact her again when I’m in Houston. She made everything so easy. Thanks for taking care of us, Kendra!❤️ I also wish I could give more stars than just the five.

Kendra is an absolute superstar! Maverick and Peaches had an incredible time and can’t wait to come back again! I highly recommend Kendra’s pet sitting services to anyone who worries about leaving their furry friends behind. I must admit, I was a bit stressed, but Kendra made us feel so comfortable and reassured that our babies would be in good hands. Do not use this pet service. The owner is a thief. She was supposed to be buying a pet cage from me for $50 which was originally 75 but I was willing to give it to her for cheap. I was out of town so I told her they could pick it up and Zelle me the money. She told me after talking to her all day that she may get it from someone closer that had it cheaper. When I went home and checked my cameras, her husband had picked it up. You can tell he didn’t know he was stealing it because he was in my driveway, strapping it down and everything. So it looks to me like she even told her husband that she was paying for it, but didn’t. According to timestamps, she had already picked it up when she told me that she may get it from someone else. Had my dog here for daycare for a week & after the week i would not recommend it. She is overpriced and charges the same as The Blue Dog House which i’m sure is a more professional setting than she is. I do like how her hours are flexible, however her professionalism was not good nor was the service. She doesn’t send updates about how the dog is doing, not even for the first day(even though before I had even booked with her, I asked her if she would send updates and pictures and she said yes).I had messaged her on my dogs first day to get an update after i hadn’t received one after having dropped off my dog for a few hours and she didn’t answered me for over an hour & it seemed like i had been blocked. It wasn’t until i had someone else message her that i got a response back, not a very go

Kendra is amazing with my fur baby, the kids love my girl Fiona too. Every time I drop and pick up there always playing, she really loves going there she gets so excited when we pull up. I love that kendra is so caring she really treats every dog like one of hers. Thank you kendra for taking care of my Fiona, I highly recommend. ❤️
