From making the appointment to leaving, everything was done well. Friendly and professional service. Our recently adopted fur baby is very shy, but became comfortable very fast during our visit. She opened up upon meeting the technician ( I do not remember her name). Dr. Washington and the technician answered all of my questions and treated her with care. We were informed of the costs up front and future costs associated with the treatment plan. Definitely recommend.

I had a pretty scary event with my male cat recently. Within a week he had been to three different vet offices with no improvement. I decide to just test out BAH and we finally got the answers and treatment we had been searching for. This was my first time there and I loved it- so did my cat. A week later I had a very scary episode with my dog. When things took a turn for the worst, I immediately took him to BAH instead of his regular vet because I knew they would take care of him better than anyone else he has seen previously. He stayed the night and I was so pleased with how everything was handled. He was back to his normal self by the time I picked him up the following day. I thought he was on his deathbed. I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with the staff at this animal hospital. The behavior and attitude of the employees towards their customers are unacceptable. I would strongly advise against seeking veterinary care at this facility. During an emergency situation involving my sister’s dog, the staff exhibited a lack of professionalism and courtesy. They failed to provide adequate assistance, such as holding the line while we inquired about our dog’s condition. Instead, they disconnected the line without warning and engaged in excessive conversation, which was disrespectful and unprofessional. My Lil buddy Milo had an infection in his ear and they treated it and got some checkup stuff done. All went well. Staff was friendly and loved on Milo. Milo made a few new friends too. Great place. Thank yall.
