I adopted a puppy on January 1st and then I tried to bring it back on January 15th. This dog is EXTREMELY DESTRUCTIVE and I cannot handle this dog. They gave me an appointment to bring the dog back in July (6 months ahead!) because of a dog illness they said (then that of the illness was a lie because from their Facebook page they took dogs in all the time!). Consider that I have an obligation to neuter this dog at my expenses by April, so clearly they are trying to dump on me the cost of fixing a dog that ultimately I won't keep. How does it make sense to force someone to keep a dog they don't want? The personnel was very arrogant and they tried to intimidate me by telling me that if I didn't keep the dog they would have give me a citation with Animal control. This dog destroyed my backy

Awesome place to adopt a pet. Staff is friendly. Very knowledgeable staff. Super clean facilities. Found the most precious pup named Astro. He’s been such a great addition to the family. We will definitely visit again when the time comes to adopt another pet.

Extremely rude staff! Will not let me adopt a new kitten since we had to surrender an adopted kitten due to allergies. We were heartbroken enough after returning the kitten that we got an allergy prescription so we could include a cat in out family. When we called back to let them know we are treated for cal allergies as well as been around cats to ensure we are good, they still will not let us come look at a new kitten. “We don’t feel we are the right fit for you” was their response. PLUS, when we went in to adopt our first kitten, they handed me a male cat (after telling me it was a female) and it was CLEARLY SICK. Never heard a good thing about this shelter. I’d avoid at all costs.

I love my do he is so cute and adopting him was easy and fun!! Hope that next time thay come trained!! I’m going to go back and see it Thay have cats to get one!!

My doggies thank you guys so so so much for helping us out with doggie food. They are the absolute light in my life. The only family that I have that I can actually count on..... Things aren't going so well, but they are always working with me to help me out with donated doggie food. My girls and I thank u so so much for that. thank them for all that they do I'll be back
