I strongly prefer Pet Supplies over their local major competitor due to the location, quality of service, and discounts. They generally offer most items that I need for my dog, including treats and toys, though their inventory is not as comprehensive as other retailers. Staff are eager to assist and engaging. I frequently am surprised by the discounts applied at the register, and those deals have made me a repeat customer, occasionally even leading me to the when I don’t need need my normal, recurring items like food and treats.

We are just so grateful for the specialty options they carry. Amazing service for a rescue we have that has severe skin issues. Grace is the absolute best!

It was my first time here and I absolutely loved it!!! All of their fish tanks were clean and taken care of. I only came because I saw they were having a sale on fish and I didn't see a single dead fish in any tanks. I got a variety of fish and the guy who packed the fish for me was very patient with me on telling him all the multiple fish that I wanted. I will definitely be going back. I also got a betta fish from here and he is so healthy and gorgeous. None of my fish have passed away at all since I bought them from here. They had hermit crabs, lizards, snakes, fish, isopods, springtails, tarantulas and even am adorable ferret. They had s lot of aquarium supplies on sale also that time I went amd I grabbed a lot

Very friendly, pet-loving people here. It's a nice departure from the big chain pet stores. Prices are competitive.

The absolute best!! Such an amazing staff. We came in there to bathe my dog and he ended up choking on a treat. The staff here was amazing to help us get it out!! So grateful for them.
