Pet Supermarket

I can't say enough nice things about this store. I've been shopping there for years, and the employees are always helpful and attentive. Today I bought a HUGE cat tree, and they helped me wedge it in my car. Thumbs up x100!

I sent a email and phone call to corporate and its nice to know they didnt want to contact me back. On November 17th I went into petsupermarket and a employee name Areleen came up to me bowed up saying she needed to talk to me outside, I told her no! Becauae she couldnt get her way Arlene decided she wanted to start yelling, cursing at me and making threats she was going to go over her managers head over corporate to have me kicked out, I asked her is that a threat, she said no its a promise, I never yelled, cursed or threaten her back and walked away, store cameras will show thay. Later I was told Arleen said if im allowed back in the store to show/do adoptions she will quit because she feels threatened when she actually made the threats, cursing and yellig. Come here all the time for my dogs. The management and employees are always so friendly and knowledgeable. They always answer every question I have and seem to genuinely care. The animals are really well taken care of and healthy, you can tell how much time and effort they put in to taking proper care of the animals.

I'm in the store weekly very helpful and friendly staff. I adopted my dog as well from there and she also visits the store weekly and greeted with yummy treats her favorite pla e to go! The store manager is amazing and very knowledgeable.

Great selection and prices, The workers are amazing and nice. They helped me and were quick to answer any questions I had to ask.
