Pet Supermarket

I usually have a great experience at Pet Supermarket and it’s one of my favorite places to bring my dogs for bathing. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and overall a 5-star location. However, during my visit today, the employee at the front desk named Alexis with dread locks came across as rude, mainly due to her tone of voice. It made the interaction uncomfortable and felt unwelcoming. On the other hand, another woman working today was absolutely wonderful friendly, helpful, and made the experience much better. I really appreciate employees like her. I hope management can address the customer service experience so this remains the great place I’ve come to enjoy

Pet Fanatic and I love it here. I came and used the Self Dog Wash, it was 15$. & I got my pet fix for the day. For sale , They had a variety of beautiful fish, birds, guineas, & a ferret.

Always professional when I’m visiting around the clock… her level of customer service always meets my expectations, she’s very informative regarding the items I purchase, she’s an outstanding representation of the name Pet Supermarket, everyone there treats me like the family member everyone loves at the bbq!!! Thank you for your generosity and kindness!!!

Animals seem to be treated well here, prices are reasonable. The only downside is some parents don't watch their kids and they end up terrorizing the small animals which makes it harder for them to bond to their new owner. All in all it is well kept with friendly staff and well treated small animals (Didn't look over the fish too much but when I did they seemed to be in good shape)

Great service at this location. Enjoy coming here. Alexis was fantastic greeted me with a smile and answered all the questions that I did have very informative about the products that they do have in the store. Great staff at this location always welcoming
