Do not buy anything for your fish tank if you love and care for shrimp. I just purchased Monte carlo and my shrimp immediately started dying. Fish were fine but lost of $500 in shrimp. Staff said they do not treat for ick. Clearly they have no idea what they are doing nor care enough to warn people of their water treatment methods. Also store smelled and was very hot and understaffed.

Pet Supermarket has amazing customer service! The staff always goes above and beyond—everyone is friendly, helpful, and truly cares about their customers. We also love the pop-up vet service on Saturdays, which has been incredibly convenient, especially since we just moved here. It’s great to have a reliable place for all our pet needs!

Came to the facility to get my dog washed. They had 3 bays which I thought was really cool and they were up front and nice. (I normally take my dog to Tractor Supply so thought I would try something new) They offer 3 different options - I decided on the top one that offered the blueberry facial for her and free treats. Everything was great until it was time to blow dry - one of the dryers and of course the one closest to me was broken. We had to move to the other one which was tricky because there was a line of dogs wanting to get washed. Only lowered a star due to that - plan on returning

Great store. I love coming here, especially cause I buy some stuff for my 2 dogs, 5 cats ,and 1 bunny. Thank you so much for your service .really recommend

The price of the feeder fish and ghost shrimp I buy for my turtles has gone up significantly, but still cheaper than other places ! This location is nice, first time going here because the store in Smyrna closed
