I mainly come here for the Dog Wash Station and the toys. The station is always super clean and well-kept, and the staff is friendly and easy to talk to. The wash station has both hot and cold water with great pressure to really get your dog clean. If you go with the higher package, they even provide towels, face scrub, and shampoo. The store overall is always clean too just a nice, welcoming environment every time I visit.

This was our first time in the store as first-time puppy owners, and we honestly had no idea where to start. Gabby noticed us looking a little lost and immediately offered to help. She was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She walked us through everything we needed and even explained how to care for our puppy once he comes home. Because of her, we feel so much more confident and at ease. Since the store is only two minutes from our home, we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I went here today to Give My Pup a Self Serve Dog Shampoo. I heard about it on Social media. I can really say it went well. This was my 1st time coming in this store. I seen it several times but never stopped in. I am do Glad I did. The shampoo dog bay was so nice. They gave me everything I needed to shampoo my Dog. Even though I did bring Everything I did use most of there products. I was able to also get some outfits for my pup. Another thing they have is Dog Birthday Things. I was so happy to see this. I will be back. Thanks so much for a great Experience.

There grooming side of this place may be good but the care and husbandry for there reptiles is completely un acceptable. First off this false chamelon they have is such horrible shape its disgusting. No running water (they can’t drink still water so basically no hydration), improper humidity, nothing for an ARBOREAL reptile to climb on, no uvb, underweight, and clearly dehydrated. Along with the water bowl in the crested tank was absolutely filthy. I mean it has to be weeks if not months for a water bowl to look like that. They shouldn’t have a animal selling license and please if your gonna buy a reptile get it from a locally owned store not these big corporations that no absolutely nothing about the animals they sell. I have shopped here for a while - great selection for all types of pets! But today, I used the dog wash for the first time. It was a great experience! They provide everything you need!
