They were supportive of me handing my dog to reassure her. A friendly staff and a super nice vet. I felt very confident in her wisdom and experience. She has implemented so many new services. Her ownership has resulted in a cleaner more customer friendly experience. L Larson

I thought this place was great until they allowed my fur baby to be viciously attacked by another dog. Then had the nerve to lie to me and tell me that she was bitten on her throat THRU THE CAGE she was in. Now U look at these pics and tell me how she can be attacked thru a cage in this manner?! Im totally livid because my dog is the sweetest and would never attack another dog and then to be lied to my face on top of it?? Im never bringing my dog here again, and I suggest you dont either.

I have been taking my fur babies here for years and always had a great relationship with all the staff but in the past few months this place has gone way downhill, I hardly recognize the staff and everyone is way too young and seem stressed and confused.I was asked to go next door to check out where i had to wait in line forever. No one could answer any questions and I couldn't book an appointment because of a computer issue. Everyone I dealt with and met was very polite and trying their best besides the manager. They seem like a great staff who are clearly not properly trained. This whole place seems insanely disorganized and i feel bad for the poor employees who are trying their best with no guidance.

I have never had such a bad experience in my life. I have a special needs baby that needs sedation grooming. I went on recommendation to this facility the first time. The Vet himself was great. However, the other employees are rude, unprofessional and have no idea what's going on. The first time I was there the receptionist ignored me as I was waiting to drop off my baby. People came in behind me and I was literally "talked around" and ignored. Then I was told I was in the wrong building. When I went to the other building I was told that was the wrong building. Finally got that straightened out. I scheduled a second appointment to give them one more opportunity only to find out when I had a question about what was to be given or not given to my baby before his visit no one had an answer an

This place for boarding is horrible. I checked my dog over and took pictures of her before sending her there and then when I picked her up, she had an open, infected wound on her hind leg, and a small hole on her front paw. No one from the office tried calling to tell me that this had happened or given any kind of warning before picking her up. The girl tried telling me that she came in that way! We took her to the vet and she had to be put on antibiotics for her hind leg and a liquid solution for her front paw. So on top of spending around $500 for boarding (and a vet visit prior to boarding), I had to spend $150 for the vet visit and medications. I will never again bring my dog here.
