Disappointing Customer Service Experience I visited Pet Oasis recently and was extremely disappointed with the service. While my family and I were trying to ask about a specific product, the employee on duty was more focused on her phone than on helping us. When we asked if they carried the item, her response was dismissive: “If it’s not on the shelf, then we don’t have it,” with no offer to check inventory, suggest alternatives, or even make eye contact. This kind of indifference is unacceptable, especially in a store that caters to people who genuinely care about their pets. I expected more effort and basic courtesy. Safe to say, I won’t be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for attentive or knowledgeable service

Top of the line kibble, treats, toys & bones for my boys! Would give it five stars but not one time two times an employee has head phones on/ air pods in. Like are we kidding? When did that become okay while dealing with a customer? Unprofessional.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The worker, Brittany Cusumano, was exceptionally friendly and pleasant. Her voice was soothing, and she provided excellent assistance.

We love Pet Oasis and are grateful for the food they carry for our cat!

$$ kind of high. They don't update prices posted on some items on shelves. Staff is really great. A good go-to for last min treats. I'd like better rewards programs. I'm a frequent customer.
