My Boy Scout absolutely Hates a bath and his feet messed with, but since we started taking him to Dawn & Cody he’s done very well. It takes 2 of them to hold him in the bath and do his nails, but they’re fantastic with him and so patient. He’s super comfortable with them and actually gets excited when we walk in the door & that’s what matters to me!! They really care about the animals.

We are very happy with our dog groomer Cody. My dog LuSi’ is very apprehensive going but once he sees Cody she starts wagging her tail. She comes back to us clean , happy and calm. Very reasonable price so we rebook her next visit every couple of weeks. Great business.

I had used their service for over four years and had great satisfaction with the job they did with my dog. Now I can’t even get them to return my phone call. I know they’ve lost up to 50% of their staff, but at the least they could have the courtesy to call a long time customer back, which they have failed to do after a multitude of voicemails over the past few months. I have reluctantly given them two stars because of the quality of service in the past. Customer service is obviously not their forte.

Dawn always does. Such. An excellent job. She was our go to. person for 7 years and now, our second pet after 18 months without one, she has picked up right where we left off. Different dog, different breed but the same excellent results. Thank you Dawn.
