We took our dog in for grooming and were completely shocked by the service. 1. We were criticized because our dog’s paws were wet and asked why she wasn’t wearing a raincoat. It was raining outside. I genuinely don’t understand why this matters or why it was said in such a tone. It felt disrespectful. 2. We were not allowed to stay nearby during the procedure. Now it’s clear why — so owners don’t see how the dogs are treated. 3. The nails were cut so short that it is clearly visible they were cut until bleeding. I know my dog very well — if even a little too much of the nail is trimmed, she bleeds immediately. This shows incompetence and caused pain to the dog. 4. The whiskers were cut. Who trained you to do that and on what basis — that’s a serious question. This is unacceptable. 5.

I have been going here with my 2 labradors retrievers for now 11 years and i just love their service along with how they treat my dogs and myself. Always friendly and my boys always leave happy & fresh with wagging tails. Highly recommend this place!

New favorite dog groomer! Moved to Staten Island and was looking for a new groomer and was so happy to find one in the neighborhood! We love the service and they do an excellent job! My only quip is that they must either be so busy or have shortened hours because it's hard to get an appointment at times 😔.

Took my 9 pd Morkie today for his first time to this groomer. I am soooo happy with his haircut and the treatment that we received. Elena was awesome and we have found our new groomer. My boy does not stand still too long so I did not get the best pictures of his cut but in person he looks extremely handsome! Thank you very much!!!!

Best groomer in Staten Island. I moved here two years ago and kept trying to find a place to get my dog Groomed and was always disappointed until my neighbor told me about this place. My dog and I are very happy.
