Pet Dynasty: Boarding, Daycare, Grooming & Training Academy

We have used Pet Dynasty since 2022. And it has been a terrible experience. It’s on us for bringing him back. We dropped our fur baby off on 12/19 around 10ish am picked him up 12/20 130ish pm. He is absolutely disgusting looking and smelling. And then the icing on the cake once again our dog was not fed. I left 5 containers of food. Received 3 back, with food. He should have been fed 12/19 twice and 12/20 twice (maybe), No one could confirm whether he ate today or not. No one could tell me when he was let out of the kennel for playtime. Based on how he looks and smells, we think he was left in his kennel from when we dropped off until we picked up. He is covered in his pee and poop. I was told he spills his water. We have been taking our pups to Pet Dynasty for over 10 years and would not consider taking them anywhere else. Carlos and his team are exceptional and our pups are always happy to go and enjoy playing with other pups there. The one time that was a little bit of an issue was when we boarded during a holiday when they were full to brimming with dogs, although they were well taken care of don't think they got as much play time due to the crowd, but still no complaints! Boarding, Day care, grooming, all exceptional and the entire team is very responsive if there are ever any questions or concerns.

I'm writing to review a business that requires significant improvement. We purchased a package for our dog, but experienced dishonest practices, including unauthorized deductions. Our dog was frequently confined, showing signs of depression, they got locked up most of the time and the facility didn't provide water during nighttime 14-15 hours without water. Due to these issues, we won't return.

Pet dynasty is one of the best places to take your pets. I’ve been taking my dog since he was puppy for boarding and grooming - the staff’s friendliness, the care and affection is amazing. Kudos to Carlos, the owner who takes special interest in the pets and is very involved. I am particularly satisfied with the boarding facility, the price (check for the package deals) and the care. The only advise I have is to expand to open more stores.

This place is amazing! They are so friendly and take such great care of my dog. We use Pet Dynasty for doggie daycare and for boarding. This really has been the best experience I’ve had with boarding. At daycare I feel like they really like my dog and he, the dog, is pretty stranger shy. I highly refined them.
