Pet De Lite

I’ve taken my Shih Tzu, Prince, to Pet De Lite several times now, and every single time they exceed my expectations. The staff is incredibly friendly and clearly loves what they do—they always greet Prince like he’s royalty (which, let’s be honest, he fully believes he is). His grooming is always perfect: soft, clean, and trimmed exactly how I like it. They pay attention to the little details, from his paws to his face, and he always leaves looking like he’s ready for a doggy magazine cover. Plus, he smells amazing afterward—like a tiny, fluffy spa day. What I really appreciate is how gentle and patient they are. Prince isn’t always the easiest when it comes to grooming, but they handle him with so much care and kindness. It gives me peace of mind every time I drop him off. Highly recom

I went to this place last minute, they accepted me I emailed the photos of the haircut gave specific instructions. I came to pick my puppy up and got home to find bald spots all over her. Patches and bald spots. I’ve reached out several times no response. 80$ groom for Christmas pictures! Bald spots and uneven haircut.. worst place ever

My Mal-Shi was severally matted around the neck and front paws area. Major chain groomers won't take him because he nips and kicks at the groomers. Pet d'lite was the only one who took on the challenge. (See before and after pictures below) Thanks to them, my Mal-Shi is now one happy 8mo. old puppy.

I really don’t do reviews but this place is like really nice they cut my puppy’s hair so good and he looked so clean and happy and smelled soooo good after. ngl I was a little nervous about dropping him off but they did so well. I will definitely be coming back here
