From the receptionist to the vet technician... They were great! Thank you! The clinic is spotless, smells clean and the workers were great! They guided me through my dog's procedure... They even made some recommendations on my dog's diet to improve his fiber... They did not overwhelm me with words and terms that are out of this world. They were simple and straight to the issue while explaining my dog's diagnostic. Great location, great prices, great people taking care of my dog. What else do you need? Oh, the people working there are hot 🔥 We got the anal service (anal glands expression) Hope this helps. Next time I'll write an essay!

The front desk staff and one vet tech are the saving grace of this vet office. We will be finding a new vet at the beginning of the year. I went with Guston 2 years ago when we moved to the area. After checking several vet I went with Gubston bc they had good reviews and said they could usually get us in within a day or two for sick visits. Immediately after starting vet services there one vet left. They have told me numerous times they are getting another vet and it's been nearly 2 years.... no replacement vet. Occasionally they will have guest vets. There is little continuity of care. One vet has poor bedside manner... just isn't friendly, not mean. The other is super nice but not responsible. THREE different times in 48 hours she tried to give me medication for my dog that they are dea

I’ve been taking my dog to Gunston Animal Hospital for the past four years, and I recently found out this month that she has cancer. She’s a 12-year-old Collie, and thanks to Dr. Reed, we were able to get quick testing and results. Dr. Reed always called to update me with the test results and check on how my dog was doing, which meant so much during this difficult time. She also recommended a hospital and treatment for the cancer that will begin next week. I’m incredibly grateful for the care, support, and compassion we’ve received. Thank you so much.

Great visit! We have a “Nervous Nellie” and Dr. Reed and the entire staff are very patient and calm and really take their time to touch / examine our pup and get down on her level on the floor. We were fortunate they were able to squeeze her in on short notice and it’s reassuring to see that Nellie didn’t bark or cower when people walk into the room or try to examine her. I appreciate the kindness they exhibit to our pup, it shows they are in the right line of work! Thank you!!!
