NoVa Mobile Vet

If I could give Nova Mobile Vet a hundred stars I would. All of the doctors and technicians are thoughtful and caring. We've had them take care of all of our cats for several years now. Some of our cats are hard to travel with so the ability to have such great doctors come to our house is a blessing. Highly recommend.

Dr. Patricia Bright and her assistant Judith came to our home to help our beloved cat, Little Bit cross over the rainbow bridge. They came home n the same day we needed them. They treated us with dignity, kindness and empathy. They took the time to help us say goodbye. We thank you NOVA Mobile Vet. You guys are so caring.

Nova Mobile vet has been very impressive! From calling with questions, concerns, making appointments, and getting estimates. Everyone of the staff is courteous, intelligent, knowledgeable, professional, and so kind. My new adopted dog needed exam snd I needed convenience of mobile vet. My dog actually like them right away and adored them after vaccinations, blood draw, poking and prodding lol! Very happy with their service! We saw Dr. Eric and Tara and they received kisses and nose bomps from Vinny. I eventually switched vets just due to Vinny's overall fears not related to this veterinary clinic.

NoVa Mobile Vet was my vet of record for years. However, when I was accused of animal cruelty by Prince William County Animal Control, they said they couldn't do business with me after consulting their lawyer. The problem is that I got the case dismissed because there was no cruelty which was conveyed to them. PWC Animal Control offered to speak to them to alleviate their concerns. They refused. They would have been called as a defense witness because they would know the conditions of the home and the pets. Their records helped prove that my dogs were healthy and not abused. They have since ghosted me when I have attempted to contact them for shots and other treatments for my dogs. Dr. King, Justin, and the whole experience - from booking the appointment to the care given - exceeded my expectations. I was able to bring both of my cats into the van and stay the whole time. I was informed of the procedures/treatments each step of the way. Dr. King communicated clearly the various options for future care of my cats and was transparent about potential costs. Everyone was so friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, caring, nonjudgmental, respectful, and all around supportive and pleasant. I feel relieved and grateful for the existence of Nova Mobile Vet - the convenience and care given are undeniable. I look forward to our next checkup!
