We knew we wanted our pup Irie to be a pack member because of how well they took care of our family dog. Once me & my husband got our own pup & our first visit it definitely sealed the deal! We always got the best of the best! The team are so kind, welcoming, and professional. They take the best care of our Irie & even if we live an hour & thirty mins away Pack Animal Care is definitely worth the trip. ♥️

If you are looking for a vet, this is the place to be. I used Pack Animal Care for a few months when I wasn't home. I wanted to understand why my senior dog kept coughing after getting excited or after running a lot. I was a bit nervous to take him to a vet because he is a gentle anxious old man, he was always trying to hide behind my legs. They loved him anyways and they totally understood that he wasn't a young beagle who loved strangers. This vet was thorough, making sure that he didn't have heart disease (which sometimes does have a cough) like his previous vet diagnosed him with. They actually contacted a real cardiologist and had them look at an EKG and ultrasound. They also contacted other professionals to look at his ultrasound and X-ray. We can’t say enough great things about Pack. Our dog had a rough experience at his previous vet and from the first appointment at Pack, they made sure to make it as positive of an experience as possible. Recently, our dog had a rough recovery from a surgery and the entire staff went above and beyond to fit us in for last minute appointments, answer all of our many questions, and ensured that he had the best care possible. They really do treat your pet as their own and we recommend them 100%. We absolutely love this clinic! The entire team treats TaterTot and Hashbrown like they’re their own pups — which, let’s be honest, is the highest compliment possible. Every visit is met with kindness, patience, and genuine care. They go above and beyond to make sure my corgi crew stays healthy and happy (and maybe a little spoiled). My poor girl suddenly became ill, and having established care previously with a vet I was not pleased with, I was desperate to find a vet to take her as a new patient for a sick appt. They accepted my appt request immediately. From the moment I walked in I felt at ease with the care team. The place is beautiful; super clean with the amazing added touch of a coffee bar (plus, endless tennis balls for the pup patients). I could not ask for a better experience, and will be making the Park team our trusted vet. Last but not least, all financials were discussed before treatment and multiple options provided (very much so included me in the decision making of how to proceed); overall, very reasonable services costs.
