Perfect Paws Grooming Salon

We recently adopted two senior dogs from MCAS, both were owner surrenders. A free groom coupon was given to us at MCAS. We took both doggies for their groom today at this place. Sabrina groomed both and did a fantastic job💕! We will definitely bring them back and have Sabrina work her magic touch on them again🩷. I brought my Chinese crested in, in desperate need of a groom. At first I was really happy with everything! I thought he looked great until I got home and realized that his hair wasn’t cut out of his face, it was just pulled back with an elastic. As soon as I saw this I called to figure out if they could fix it. Mistakes happen and that’s totally fine, no one is perfect. Where I’m upset is at the way the receptionist, Ashly, handled things. She didn’t apologize, or try to come up with a solution, she didn’t reassure me that they would take care of it. Instead she was very short and dry with her answers. It felt like pulling teeth to try to find out when I could come back to get the issue resolved. Luckily I found another groomer that had no problem at all fixing it in all of 5 minutes! (Fi

Took my baby Tank there today to get his first grooming spa day and they did amazing. I was very pleased and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely be a regular now!

The people at Perfect Paws are super nice and caring. They do a great job with all kinds of grooming needs. I brought my minpin (RIP Rambo!💙) to them prob over 10 times for nail trims, baths, and they contract with someone that does a really good job with cleaning teeth. I highly recommend them.

My mom have taken her dog here a couples time and today she took her dogs again. Well… her teacup yorkie is butchered.. looks like a hairless chihuahua when she only asked them to shave her body and trim the face and ears. The poor baby is bald and not only that but the hair is all uneven! They also had her other dog down on her side to trim her nails and she walked in on that seeing now why her poor dog comes home totally traumatized, hides, won’t eat or go outside for days after seeing them. They never even offered to discount her service for the terrible experience and butchering her dog but instead asked her if she wanted to leave a top!
