Paw Plaza Hotel

This place is great! We boarded our cats many times and we know that people who work there will take care of our cats. Their "condos" are nice and large and they do get a play time. We also get regular photo updates from their facebook page.

I’ve been boarding my dogs here for 3-years and, in my opinion, the customer service has become unbearable. Just recently, when checking in my pets, the manager (Employee) was a hot mess. Down right rude and unprofessional. She did tell us they were terribly shorthanded, which partially explained her body language, but unfortunately her stress was spoken as well. Look, I get it. We all have bad days however, those whose work is taking care of our loved ones should be expected to actually give a darn. On our return, we expected to see a noticeable difference in customer service but, it was worse. If you’re dropping off your loving pets at a kennel with poor customer service, does this attitude make you wonder what your dogs might be subjected to as soon as you drive away? Thoughts?

This place is great!! The staff loooooves the animals that board here. Would highly recommend if you need someone to watch your pets and ensure they’re fed and kept safe and loved.

My fur babies just LOVE The Paw Plaza Hotel! They take such good care of them! I love that they can have inside playtime as they do at home and they can stay together in the same room. During the 10+ years we have been using them I have always felt they are well cared for (my previous poodle stayed there too). I would highly recommend them! Janay is our favorite fur baby caregiver at the Paw Plaza...she always makes my girls feel loved and I know they are in good hands. Makes me feel good to see the same caregivers there over time too. ❤️❤️❤️

They are just the best! As a retired veterinary technician, I love that they have individual play time and that they are knowledgeable and experienced in caring for my boys! Drax and Chewie love seeing everyone and I can relax on vacation knowing they are having a great time! Peace of mind is priceless!
