Pampered Pups

I gave this place a second chance only because Andrew was there. The last appointment we had my dog was shaved down and I’ve been skeptical after growing his fur back. Well, today, I took him back and specifically said just a trim… paws, tail, face. They claimed he was matted in which I disagree because I brushed his fur prior to the appointment and I like his fur fluffy. I have been waiting two months for his fur to grow back the way that I like it. Picked him up again, and his fur was shaved down. His face looks jagged. When I voiced my concern via text message I was left on “read”. The audacity after paying $70. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!! The are not consistent and the quality has went down tremendously. I will drive to Atlanta for quality!

Only 2 minutes from my house. Very good pricing and my dog haircut looked really good. Exactly what I asked for. I’ll add picture she wouldn’t really stay still lol. But I will definitely be a new loyal customer ❤️

My baby had a 10: 00am appt. The owner Andrew told me she would be ready by 1::00pm and he would call me, when I didn't receive a phone call I called @ 3:00pm didn't get an answer so I called several times and there was no answer so I got Worried and drove to the place, I had a stop to make before I got there and when I arrived @ 4:30 pm they was just starting on her so I had to wait another hour and 15 min to get my dog. Very unprofessional, don't waste your time or money.

I was contemplating whether or not I wanted to write this review but here it is. I made a 10am appointment for my dog and after not hearing anything by 2:30 something told me to stop by and check on my baby. My dog wasn’t ready so I decided to just take him and reschedule. I was then given the wrong dog twice. My baby was in the back alone in a crate full of urine and poop. God knows how long they left him in there in his own filth. Hearing my baby cry as they rinsed him off broke my heart. I will never spend a dime here again & if you love your dog think twice before booking. My thought is they overbooked themselves for the day and thought it was okay to have multiple animals just sit in crates for 5-6 hours just to maximize their profit.

Andrew is awesome with our pups and they are very high maintenance. They always come out looking great and we highly recommend Pampered Pups. It’s easy to get an appointment and they love it there.
