Palmetto Vet has been an amazing team to work with, my dog ended up having a tumor on her paw and her toe had to be amputated. while it was a stressful time the team took amazing care of her and she is well on her way to healing! We're so sad to be moving away and wish we could bring everyone with us! Emily, Julia, Dr Alla, and all the staff have been so kind and helpful during her recovery and for my million questions! We decided to come here after going to another vet in town and i prefer to be with the vet as they do the check ups and they were incredibly accommodating, it's so comforting knowing my Harley loves them and feels comfortable with them! Couldn't recommend them enough!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Dr. Busch was fantastic - she took the time to walk me through what could be causing my dogs issue and was very thorough. It was a very calming environment felt both by me and my dog! I truly believe we are in the best hands here!

We decided to change veterinarians because I felt Jasper was not receiving proper care for his geriatric stage of life. I’m so glad we did. The staff here are welcoming. When you walk in, it’s updated and clean. The vet assistant was absolutely wonderful. The vet doctor was amazing. He did actual range of motion with Jasper unlike in the past. Jasper really received a proper “doctors” visit. Im extremely happy with the service and so was Jasper.

Palmetto Vet in Mount Pleasant is amazing. My dog actually gets excited to go because the staff is so calm, kind, and great with him. They always remember the dogs, which makes every visit feel personal and welcoming. The vets and techs take their time, explain things clearly, and make the whole experience easy and stress-free. I’m really grateful to have such a reliable, friendly vet and would highly recommend them. I have two boykins for reference🤎
