Palencia Pet Clinic

This clinic is so clean and welcoming, the front desk staff is absolutely amazing and so sweet! Dr. Young was very helpful and kind to my new kitten so i’ll definitely be coming back. I adopted my pet at the St. John’s County Animal Shelter and got a free visit today, I loved the establishment itself and how much the staff cares about animals!

(NEW UPDATE 1/12/26) My new little Yorkie had his first grooming appointment with Ms Eileen, and oh my does he look adorable!! She is so knowledgeable and a perfectionist at her craft!! I highly recommended her for your fur baby’s grooming needs!!! Dr. Logan saw my baby Yorkie for his first puppy visit!! So caring and made me feel comfortable talking about any treatment moving forward , I really know she truly cares!!🩵🩵🩵I still give 10000000+⭐️Stars!!! We recently moved to the area with our dogs. We tried another local clinic and it pales in comparison to level of service, care and quality given by Palencia Pet Clinic. In fact, having dogs for over 30 years and having experienced several veterinarian clinics/doctors in various parts of the country this place has exceeded the excellence in care we have received from anywhere! We found Palencia because of a dog attack our little guy had while we were traveling. It was traumatizing for us and our pups. Dr. Franz was amazing and she took extra time and gave great care to make our guy (and us)feel as comfortable as possible. During our follow ups we also saw Dr. Vencil and Dr. Velente all of whom were excellent. The front desk staff are friendly, timely and the follow up has been amazing! W

Really care about your pets here and thoroughly take the time to call you and discuss any concerns with dental or otherwise. Dr Young and Bryson tech are my favorite because they are very knowledgeable, respectful, take their time, professional and considerate/compassionate with your pet concerns plus both have really great personalities. I completely trust them with doing my 15 yr old Peke's dental cleaning/extractions. I'm anxiety disorder to the point of panic attacks so this is a huge compliment because i feel not stressed with them in charge. Front desk staff is also very kind and considerate.

I took our Rosie to Palencia because they were unbelievably awesome with my daughter’s dauschund Gambino. He is walking today because of the care he received from the awesome staff here. From check in to check out they treat your pet like family not to mention the facility which is designed to feel like home not a vet office. Thank you ladies you are all great!!!
