OnPoint Veterinary Urgent Care - Ocala

I visited here 1/26/26 and everyone I encountered was great, from the front desk to the vet. The techs were also very nice and treated my dog as their own. His main tech was very compassionate (I’m sorry I forgot her name). And the tech who came in to help hold his leg was sweet with him. The atmosphere is calming and clean, better than the UF emergency vet in Ocala. And I loved that they allowed me to stay with my dog and did his treatment in the nice room with me present. I was able to hold him and keep him calm. There was a bit of a wait until I saw the vet, but my dog was only there for a skin infection and they had true urgent pets there, so I didn’t mind the wait at all. Very professional, There was no waiting time. Ask us how much we could afford before doing any test. And made a treatment plan for that price. They Was very compassionate towards my cat. All the staff were great as well. The front desk and the nurse and doctor. Really show compassion and kindness to my cat. Got her right in no waiting time. And 9pm on a Friday night. Very impressed. Gave her the right medicine and she started feeling better after 3 days. She is eating, Moving around better. They gave her a little pack of treats in her wellness bag. I can’t say enough great things about OnPoint! Our 15-year-old pup took a sudden turn for the worse and we were in need of somewhere to have her euthanized on a Sunday. As it was obviously an extremely difficult decision for us, they truly made it as peaceful of an experience as possible. They were expecting us when we got there and quickly put us back in a nice comfortable room. They explained everything very compassionately and detailed and gave us as much time with her as we wanted. Shay was amazing step by step and made a laminated set of her paw and nose prints for us to take with us, which is so special to me. I was there last night. We are from Tampa but my fiance owns a racetrack up here in Ocala and we have races until the end of the month. I had made an appointment with my dog Bella's primary vet and sent him text pictures of her toenail which was worked on a month and a half ago.
