Oak Clips Pet Boutique & Grooming

I brought 2 dogs in for grooming, they are both uneven and my maltese was CUT in several places my shihtzu ears aren't even brushed both of their hair is uneven and their coats are choppy and a list of other issues. This was the worst choice. They don't show u the dogs until after u pay. Someone needs to call me back I left 2 voicemails, even though they answered before.

If I could give a zero, I would! I’m so livid! I literally have cried about my baby. Today was Nola’s 1st time at this particular place. I had card issues so a friend paid over the phone and I proceeded to pick Nola up. I was not made aware of what had happened. I gave them freedom to cut her however they see fit, just make sure it’s cute and low. Besides the botched cut job. No one informed me that a blood vessel was ruptured in her eye. I just so happened to see it when we got to the car. All I received was a sorry “she didn’t like getting her nails trimmed and she scratched her eye” I forgot to say because it was paid over the phone. 8/18/25 I’ve been coming to this location for over 7 YEARS due to the convenience and overall amazing service they USED TO provide. The current employee working the front lacks basic customer service skills. I managed to buy a few canned food today because they seem to stop carrying a lot of food especially most recently. They have less and less pet food variety. The employee rang me up and did not greet me. Their overall attitude was just “bleh”. They had no plastic bags so I walked out with my canned dog food in hand, I barely managed to get out. I would’ve left before purchasing, but they had already charged me before informing me I had to carry my purchases single-handedly. I will most definitely not be shopping here any more, EVER. Oak Clips service has gone down the drain. Thank you

They did a great job on Lily’s hair. This was her first haircut and she came out looking cute and clean. We will definitely be coming back for all her grooming needs.

Our first time at Oak Clips and we are greatly satisfied with our Shih Tzu’s grooming. We will definitely be back. Receptionist was nice and she explained with detail all of my concerns. Thank you all.
