Northside Pet Hospital has been our go to for about 12years. Milo and IzzyBlue. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, exams rooms clean and our concerns and questions have been answered. They were very compassionate, caring and helpful when our older cat Milo passed.

Clear instructions, friendly staff, made me feel comfortable about my cat having dental work & surgery! They were very communicative right after surgery when she was coming out of it and sweet with my cat. Dr. H took really good care of her, gave me some rinse, sample food and dental treats afterwards. Highly recommend!

I had to find a new vet for my cat that hadn't been to the clinic in 8 years, and Northside Pet Hospital made the appointment-making process super easy. Everyone was kind, I was greeted and treated well, my cat Penny was loved and cared for and praised when she took her shots well. Everyone working here clearly cares for animals and their well being.

I finally found my dog’s primary clinic!! I can’t express enough how impressed I am with their level of care and professionalism. Dr. Nancy Lester took so much time to thoroughly explain every detail about my dog’s condition, treatment options, and what to expect moving forward. She was so calm, understanding and patient that I felt heard and reassured my dog is in the best hands! Bruno (my dog) absolutely loves her! I took my cat in for excessive licking on her back, the vet looked for barely a minute and said that it was a skin infection, no explanation of how my indoor cat could’ve gotten it or really any explanation of what it was at all. they gave her two shots, an antibiotic and a steroid came out to another 93 dollars on top of the base office fee. all that to say that it did not work in the time frame they gave me or even after that time frame. insanely overpriced for a vet to barely even look at your animal and then misdiagnosis it.
