Our family was giving 2 weeks by a previouse vet for our girl ( corgi Lady Marmalade) we were devostaded. But we recived a recomendation to go and see Dr McMillen. He SAVED her. She is walking again! The recovery will take some time but she is on the right track and we know that this is all happend only because we had the right vet who knows how to treat pets as they are a part of the family. If her pet is a part of your family Dr McMillen is the right choice. We drive here 40 minutes but nothing will stop us from helping our girl to see her savier! Our whole family is forever grateful!
My dog has been seen by this clinic several times, and I’ve always been very pleased with the service. However, today when I called to get his monthly flea treatment I was told that I would have to pay $70 to have him seen by the new veterinarian because his previous doctor retired. Normally you only have to see the doctor once a year to get prescription flea control, (my pups vaccines are good for another 3 full months) Just another tactic to get you in the door to spend money. Ridiculous.
I am very disappointed with the clinic. We wanted to have our cat spayed and called the call center to ask for an approximate cost of the procedure. We were told that the price starts at $200, but that a physical exam was required beforehand. So, we scheduled the physical exam and paid $70 for it. However, when we got there, we were told that the information we received was inaccurate, and that their prices for spaying actually start at $600 and go up to $990. On top of that, they said a mandatory blood test was required, which would cost an additional $200. It is completely wrong not to provide accurate information before scheduling the physical exam, because you end up wasting money and only later realize how much you actually have to pay.
At the World Golf Village NewDay Vet Clinic, the staff are wonderfully helpful and Dr McMillan was just superb at evaluating and caring for my little pregnant Pomeranian! We sincerely appreciate the time he took with us to ensure she gets the best care. He went above and beyond for sure!
Great care with my dog. Front staff could be more friendly Back staff was great with my dog.
