My dogs are like my children and I am extremely protective of them and picky about the care they receive. I'm always very nervous about who I trust with them. I can't tell you how quickly Newberry Animal Hospital Spring Hill location has put my anxieties at ease. They not only have given my dogs phenomenal care for 2 years, they are extremely kind, informative, and understanding to us humans too. My dog Luna was abused by her previous owner and was taken in as an unplanned rescue by me and my now husband 3 years ago. She was destroying furniture, chewing through steal crates, ripping up carpet, shaking and whimperimg nonstop, etc. From day 1. Dr.Hall & her staff are wonderful. ** We took our dog Max & cat Leo same day / time as this was convient for us to get their yearly checkups done. They took time for our furbabies to sniff them even went so far as to put down ear tool & stethscope by treats so our babies could sniff and snack to see it wouldnt hurt them. I hesitate to give to good of a review then they will be uber busy when I call haha!!, but to say less would be a lie. **I wish I’d tried them forever ago. ** They are very accomodating. They even offer after hour visits if you need it without using an outside vendor.

Everyone at the Springhill location was so thoughtful, knowledgeable, reasonable, and amazing! Dr. Gruntmeir was so helpful explaining the diagnosis and even did a follow-up phone call. Very clean exam and waiting rooms. I set up my appointment with Megan at the Main Street location and she was extremely helpful as well. Great experience for Stevie and I!

Newberry Animal Hospital Springhill was able to get my kitty seen quickly, the staff is very compassionate, and my estimate for services was accurate. Dr Gruntmeir fully explained what to expect from my visit and took wonderful care of my cat.

Dr. Gruntmeier and her team at Springhill are the best! The time they take to show great compassion and care for our rescue dog Arnie is making a difference for him facing his challenges and making his life better. Have been coming here for years with previous dogs and will continue.
