This place is amazing . Jake was so helpful explaining all the different options to me and my dog Frankie loved him right away . When I picked him up he told me Frankie was having a great time and gave me some details about his day. I love the picture of the day option with boarding too . I highly recommend My Three Dogs !
MY DOG WAS INJURED in their care and despite promises to reimburse for the vet bills caused by it, they never even returned a call. I never write reviews, particularly if it was just an inconvenience because anyone can have a bad day, but to intentionally sweep us under the rug is just despicable. My story: i took our 10lb and our 23lb dogs to them immediately after their veterinary appointment one day. The dogs have been groomed their entire lives and they know the drill. I come back to pick them up and am informed that the smaller, older one had attempted to jump off the table and there was no security leash attached. In an attempt to catch him, his jump was thrown off and he hurt himself so badly and was so shaken that even though they'd been groomed, he had urinated in his crate with
Edit** 5 AUG 25 Eryn called me yesterday and offered a refund for the 15 remaining days. She also mentioned that she would work on getting the outdoor area for small dogs opened as soon as possible, and that this would be a training opportunity for everyone involved. Thank you for your response and I hope your business truly does improve. ————————————————————————— I started bringing my mini Goldendoodle, Ella, to My Three Dogs back in April using a 10-day daycare voucher. Everything went well at first—Ella was placed with the larger dogs and seemed happy. About a month later, I was notified that a larger dog had been "picking on" Ella. The staff handled it appropriately by moving her inside with the smaller dogs for her safety. Unfortunately, the Highway 17 location doesn't have an outdo
Our first experience with My Three Dogs in Mount Pleasant on Highway 17 was extremely disappointing. We boarded our 4-month-old golden retriever puppy, and were told that all dogs underwent a 4-hour personality test to ensure compatibility. They placed our puppy with larger breed dogs, but one of them attacked her. She will be a larger dog one day, but is nowhere near the size of a larger breed at this point. When they called us to inform us of the incident, they focused on our puppy’s social behavior, without addressing the aggressiveness of the other dog. Their explanation to us was that our puppy “doesn’t understand social cues yet that other dogs don’t always want to play.” They didn’t contact a vet and did not offer support. Our puppy has a wound on her nose and we’re taking her to th
My dog, Ophelia, goes to doggy daycare three days per week. She is two and a half years old and very high energy and she's been going to doggy daycare since she was old enough to attend! We started going to the Coleman location, but decided that the Highway 17 was nicer and the staff seemed more knowledgable. They have since renovated Coleman, so it is now likely just as nice. Ophelia loves going to "school" as we call it. The staff is always so sweet to her and she always comes home exhausted. She once stepped on a bee or wasp while at daycare and was stung. The staff that day identified that she was favoring her paw and immediately and pulled her aside. They inspected her paw for any obvious injuries, secured her by herself in a different area of the facility to monitor her, and called
