My Three Dogs Coleman

I moved here over a year ago with my sister, not knowing anyone. My dog had been struggling with separation anxiety & behavior when I had left him at home while my sister & I worked. When I first decided to put him in daycare, I was so worried because he’s typically very anxious & was not well socialized prior. My Three Dogs has exceeded my expectations in every way. Every employee is so kind & treats my dog just like their own. Every day I take Archie to daycare, he gets so excited to go (he literally starts hopping up & down as soon as we pull in)! Typically, he is unsure of people, but he will jump out of my arms to run to My Three Dogs’ staff. I use M-3 Dogs when in Charleston overnight. Pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, associates. Clean boarding facility, excellent supervised, pet play area. I like the video feed to check on my Springer.

Our pup LOVES going to doggy daycare. We take him 1-2 days a week and he gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot. The dog attendants take great care of him and he comes home happy and tired!

Definitely really disappointed with my experience here. After going through the hassle of filling out all of their forms online, inputting my credit card information, and getting my dog set up for a groom, we arrived for our appointment and were told he is not on the schedule for today… I told them there must be a mistake because he was scheduled for 11am today. As we were having this discussion, another lady walked in for her 11am appointment, and she too was told that they had her down for next Friday… There seemed to be no apology or accountability for this unprofessional handling of things. I typically would’ve just left and not come back after this kind of experience, but after what happened next, I decided I should leave a review to let management know. A man who appeared to work
